JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives. This position assists the Employee Relations Manager and Employee Relations Supervisor and operates as a general source for human resource issues and activities consistent with HCCR policies and procedures. The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the implementation of human resource policies, practices, procedures, and services, including but not limited to EEO, employee discipline, coaching, legal compliance and training.
